- Clothes I haven't worn in years now fit.
- I have had very very little heartburn since I started this diet.
- I haven't had that "2:30" drowsy feeling at work
- I have more energy
- I am sleeping better
- I crave green tea and veggies and fruit
- Exercising is not as much of a chore to me - my body is starting to expect it
- It's pretty cool that others have started this diet after seeing my results
