The 17 Day Diet - Cycle 1 - Day 10

Starting weight: 222.8
Today's weight: 216.0
Weight loss to date: -6.8 lbs

Breakfast - Yogurt & half grapefruit + one packet of Truvia.  Not sure I will buy grapefruit again.  It was so sour!  But bearable with the sugar substitute.  Not sure yet how I feel about grapefruit.


Lunch - Romaine with tuna and raspberry vinaigrette.  I didn't actually eat the yogurt in the pic.


Snack - red delicious apple


Dinner - Salmon and green beans + green tea.  Burnt my salmon a bit because it wasn't an even cut but the burnt part was actually pretty yummy!

This weekend the goal is to find a couple new recipes because the only thing keeping me going eating this same damn food everyday is the constant loss on the scale.
