The 17 Day Diet - Cycle 1 - Day 4

Starting weight: 222.8
Today's weight: 220.2
Total loss to date: 2.6

Ugh.  Today was rough for some reason.  I was sleepy most of the day.  I am craving chocolate.  I got the caffeine headache (but strangly not craving soda).

Breakfast - 2 eggs srambled, berries.
Lunch - Bed of greens, tuna, raspberry vinaigrette dressing (no pic, you seen it before!)

Snack - apple

Dinner - Tilapia, Green Tea.....


Snack - Yogurt

Weekends have always been a problem for me on any diet, so I'm hoping I can make it through.
