Breakfast - Yogurt and blueberries
Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken, red bell peppers, cukes, an extra carrot, ff rasp vinaigrette
Dinner - no pic....Had another turkey burger and an entire green bell pepper (i love those things)
Snack in between breakfast and dinner was an orange.
So my thoughts for today are that I still feel really great -- I'm amazed that I still haven't had any heartburn, and most amazed that I am not craving my Pepsi Max or Coke Zero (by the way, I may have several 12 packs to give away!) Just knowing I'm doing my body good is a great feeling.
